1- Send your request to Saramad.Medical.Consult@gmail.com
2- Team assistantant will review and check the request and send it to the corresponded Doctor
3- We accept requests only under these circumstances:
Complaints and problems in medical territory
Only as a request for second opinion (Medical Consultation)
No any urgent or emergency situation are accepted.
No prescription will be done, we may come up with suggestions for your doctor in any level including change of treatment plan or rehabilitation, surgical methods but definitely your doctor will make the final decision and can accept or deny suggestion/s.
4- If our doctor finds the request relevant, a consent form will be sent to you with payment instruction.
5- After payment you will receive further questions to describe details or to send medical documents, video of your problem (like hand tremor). You have the right to send any part of the documents, it may lower the quality of consult, but the limits are defined by our patients/clients.
6- Your name is what you write in email, we do not need identity proof but email authentication will be done.
7- Your consult will come up in a sheath with name of our company and field of our doctor with your email address as your name.
More to know
Our base is in Iran, so for Iranians prescription is legitimated.
Our Iranian clients can apply for online visit which is different from consultation process.
In this case any Doctor will continue with her/his office rules.
We may introduce other doctors as per the client's own wish.
We do not take any more responsibility about introduction of colleagues and highly recommend to have enohgh search and investgayions before attempt for visit or even doing medical consultation.
Naturally in this situation, identity documents and insurance number will be needed by Doctor or her/his office.

- ما فقط در این شرایط درخواست ها را می پذیریم :

هیچ وضعیت فوری و اضطراری وجود نداشته باشد*
ممکن است پیشنهاداتی برای دکترشما هر سطحی داشته باشیم از جمله تغییر و یا اضافه کردن داروی جدید واقداماتی درزمینه های مختلف مانند توانبخشی و... اما قطعا پزشک شما تصمیم گیرنده نهایی و مجازبه پذیرش یا رد آنهاست
- سپس فرم رضایت نامه و روش پرداخت ارسال خواهد شد.
- پس از پرداخت سوالات بیشتری برای توصیف جزئیات و یا تقاضا برای ارسال اسناد پزشکی، ویدیو از مشکل خود (مانند لرزش دست و یا نحوه راه رفتن) دریافت خواهید کرد. شما حق عدم ارسال هر بخشی از اسناد را دارید. ممکن است این امر کیفیت مشاوره را پایین بیاورد، اما محدودیت ها در ارسال مدارک توسط خودتان انتخاب و تعریف می شود.

-جواب مشورت شما در یک فرم برایتان ارسال میشود.
این نوع مشورت پزشکی بار حقوقی و قانونی ندارد و منجر به هیچ نوع از گواهی پزشکی نمی شود.
*** از آنجایی که خاستگاه این پروژه در ایران است، برای ایرانی ها امکان ویزیت و تجویز دارونیز وجود دارد که از طریق روش تله ویزیت هر پزشک (برای بیماران ساکن ایران) صورت میگیرد
( در خصوص ایرانیان ساکن کشورهای دیگر و شهروندان افغانستان و کردستان عراق نیز با توجه به کمبودها و محدودیت های پزشکی موجود برای آنها به درخواست بیماروموافقت پزشک امکان صدورنسخه وجود دارد)
جهت ویزیت شما به مطب مجازی پزشک راهنمایی میشوید تا ازویزیت غیرحضوری ایشان ویا در صورت لزوم حضوری ودرمان بهره مند شوید.
بعد ازمعرفی انجام ویزیت بستگی به نظر خودتان دارد و مچموعه سرآمد مسئولیتی درقبال آن ندارد.
